AI is already being tested on people, through the way it reshapes creative work, authorship, value and skill in culture. Instead of asking once again how creatives should adapt to AI, this workshop turns the question around: what does culture actually need from AI, and can technology genuinely provide it?
In a World Café format, 20 to 30 participants from the Czech creative community, visual artists, filmmakers, performing artists, musicians and writers, will spend 2 hours sharing their experience, concerns and expectations in small rotating groups. Together we will shape a consolidated narrative of what the community thinks and needs, and turn it into a shared request to AI developers and a first outline for action. These narratives will also feed into a broader pan European research effort, connecting the community's voice to AI developers and policymakers beyond this room.

Alexey Steblev is a cultural executive and entrepreneur with senior experience across arts, cultural institutions, technology and international business. Co-founder and CCO of CultTech Association, with experience building cultural innovation programmes, international partnerships, digital transformation initiatives and cross-sector projects connecting culture and technology.As a member of string quartets won numerous international competitions, as a solo-cellist of chamber orchestra “Moscow Virtuosi” toured worldwide, as a composer concentrated on chamber and movie music. Has numerous recordings at international recording labels.As an entrepreneur worked in the venture capital industry as a business development and investment manager.Alexey is one of the co-founders of the Alliance for Culture and AI Consensus (ACAIC), Vienna-based non-profit organization.
Lenka Hamosova is a designer, educator and researcher exploring how AI reshapes creativity, cognition and human agency. Active in creative AI since the GAN era, her 2019 project Strange Attractions was exhibited at the NeurIPS AI Art Gallery in 2020. She is co-founder and executive board member of TAH – Centre for Innovations in Technology, Art and Humanities, where she develops interdisciplinary education. Through Creative AI Workflows, she creates courses, workshops and tools for working with AI without giving up authorship or critical judgement, including the internationally distributed Creative AI Cards. Her work builds on four years of doctoral research into synthetic media at FAMU. She founded and ran Creative AI Meetups Prague for three years and writes critical essays at Creative AI Unfiltered.
