AI for Business: Scale or Stall

Zpět do kalendáře

By November you've sat through a lot of conferences. This one is built differently.

‍

Last year we cut the hype and got hands-on. This year the question has moved on: your AI is deployed – is it holding up, and is it paying for itself?

‍

The format. Twenty-five lightning talks and case studies run in two parallel streams, covering a lot of ground quickly. The rest of the day runs across seven tracks – workshops, technical deep dives, expert sessions and masterminds, in small interactive groups rather than lecture halls. You register for each session individually.

‍

Who you'll be in the room with. Around sixty speakers: CEOs and CTOs, chief AI officers, AI transformation directors from banking and telco, AI leads from the Big Four, heads of AI engineering – alongside the founders and technical leads of Czech AI companies who were shipping AI long before it was cool. In a small session you can ask them about your own situation and get a real answer. That is the point of the day.

‍

Who it's for. People who have passed the experimentation stage and now own something real: a system in production, a budget to justify, a regulator to answer to, a team that needs to adopt it. Whether you build it, fund it, govern it, or are responsible for getting people to actually use it.

‍

No vendor showcases. The speakers are the people who did the work, and they've been asked to bring what they learned doing it – the numbers, the decisions, and the parts that didn't go to plan.

‍

Seven tracks – follow one all day, or move between them:

  • Agents in Production – getting agents past the demo and into a company that has auditors, permissions and a regulator.
  • Engineering & Build – architecture, delivery, and what AI-assisted development actually does to your timelines.
  • Sovereignty, Trust & Control – data residency, what regulators expect in practice, guardrails and who answers when an agent gets it wrong.
  • Value & ROI – what AI genuinely costs to run, how to measure it honestly, and where it beats the human baseline.
  • Hands-on Skills & Data – laptops open: working sessions on models, methods and the data foundations underneath.
  • Agent Design, Trust & Oversight – designing interfaces for agents that act, securing them, and keeping them on track once they're running.
  • People, Adoption & Change – the part that isn't technology: who actually uses this, what stops them, and how to build the skills.

‍

The event runs primarily in English, reflecting Prague's international AI community.

‍

The useful conversations happen in the small rooms – and in the breaks, where you'll find people working on the same problems. Bring something to talk about.
